Terms & Conditions — Anantadrishti Spiritual Centre

The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our” / “Company” refer to Anantadrishti Spiritual Centre, and the terms “Visitor” / “User” refer to you, the user of our website. “Website” refers to www.myanantastore.com.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.   • Our products/services are not a substitute for licensed medical care. They are intended as complementary, holistic tools to support wellbeing.

  • Holistic practices aim to align physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects to facilitate peace and support other therapies.

When you register to purchase, you create an account to manage orders and history. Creating an account indicates acceptance of these Terms. If you ask to close your account, related data retained will be limited to what law requires or what is necessary to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Product photos are as accurate as possible but may vary due to lighting, screens, or natural variations; photos are illustrative and non-binding.

For orders outside mainland India, you are the importer and responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws. Please check with your local authorities.

All orders are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). We may modify prices at any time; however, confirmed orders are billed at the price shown at checkout, subject to availability. Products remain Our property until full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon physical receipt.

We expect respectful conduct across all touchpoints (emails, groups, communities, events).

  • By accepting these Terms, you agree not to defame, abuse, harass, or harm the Company, its owners, employees, partners, or customers.

4) Purchase

We strive to offer high-quality products/services. Images are representative; exact matches are not guaranteed.

  • Products are quality-checked and securely packed prior to dispatch.

  • Breakage after dispatch and loss during transit are ordinarily risks borne by the carrier; see our Shipping & Returns policies for specifics.

  • Tracking details (if available) will be sent to your registered contact.

  • We do not accept returns and do not provide refunds unless specifically stated in our Exchange & Refund Policy.

  • We do not provide exchanges for items damaged/lost post-shipment, except as explicitly permitted in our Exchange & Refund Policy.

5) Pricing, Guarantees & Warranties

  • We price to make holistic tools accessible; bargaining is not permitted.

  • Due to the natural/perishable characteristics of some items, no warranties or guarantees (including fitness for a particular purpose) are made unless required by law.

  • We do not guarantee allergen-free products. Review ingredients and consult a medical professional before ingestion or topical use.

  • Do not ingest or inhale stones/crystals in dissolved, diffused, powdered, or any other form unless explicitly recommended by a licensed professional.

6) Blog, Copyright & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, articles and materials on the Website are original to Anantadrishti Spiritual Centre.
All Website materials—including text, graphics, code, metadata, databases, icons, images, audio/video elements, and overall look and feel—are Our intellectual property or used under license.
You may reference or share content with clear attribution to Anantadrishti Spiritual Centre and a link to the original source. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use is prohibited.

7) Use of Content

All logos, brands, marks, names, shapes, and combinations appearing on the Website are owned by or licensed to Us.

Validating your order obligates you to pay the indicated price.
Payments may be made via credit/debit cards,UPI, or bank transfer (as available).

15) Delivery (Article 4)

Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout and within the timeframe shown at order validation (subject to carrier conditions and serviceability).
If shipment is delayed, you’ll be informed by email.
Where a carrier requires appointment delivery, we are not responsible for delays due to recipient unavailability despite reasonable attempts.

16) Product Compliance & Use (Article 5)

Products comply with applicable Indian law. If ordering for delivery outside India, ensure compliance with local laws; you are responsible for import/use permissions.
We are not liable for damages from improper use of products.
We are not liable for interruptions, intrusions, or malware inherent to the Internet.

17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Article 6)

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
The language of this contract is English.
