Shipping & Delivery policy

Free Shipping (India): We offer free shipping within India on all pre-paid orders.
Cash on Delivery: Not available.

Important: Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article. We cannot guarantee any claims if the unboxing video is not proper.

DISPATCH

  • India: Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days of purchase. Delivery may take longer during holidays, special occasions, or due to applicable government restrictions

DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • India: Typically 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

  • Do not accept the package if it appears tampered.

Please make an unboxing video when opening your parcel. Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number/ID will be emailed to you.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE (MOV)

  • Within India: INR 1,919/-

Note 1

  • For parcels beyond 1 KG volumetric weight, please contact leenakapoor@myanantastore.com for shipping charges.

  • Shipping within India is free (for pre-paid orders).

Note 2

  • Please share your complete delivery address, phone number, and email.

  • For deliveries within India, applicable taxes will be applied.

  • Festival/holiday periods falling within the order preparation time are additional to processing time.

Note 3 — Shipment Types (as per FedEx International Shipping & Trade Policies)

  • Precious Shipment: Gold, Silver, Diamond Jewellery, Precious & Semi-Precious Crystals & Gemstones only.

  • Regular Cargo: Feng Shui items, fabric items, ceramic items, metal items, books, etc.

Shipping Charge (each type): INR 7,000/-

Based on the items ordered, our team will confirm whether your order ships as a single shipment or requires two separate shipments (Precious + Regular).
If two shipments are required, additional shipping charges for the second consignment will be requested.
